Concierge

Description

The role supports the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director with community information, marketing, and sales efforts, assists with recruitment activities, performs data entry, and handles general administrative duties. Additionally, the Concierge monitors the Bistro area to keep refreshments stocked, the space clean, music appropriate, and the atmosphere pleasant for residents and guests.

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and residents in the entry area, offering beverages.
• Coordinate meetings with prospective residents, families, or visitors to minimize wait times.
• Assist potential job candidates by directing them to online applications or capturing onsite information.
• Answer incoming calls within two to three rings, provide the community greeting, and take detailed messages.
• Transfer calls appropriately after offering a community overview and notifying callers of the recipient.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members, such as hairdresser services and transportation.
• Prepare and deliver get-well cards to residents after obtaining required signatures.
• Prepare and deliver sympathy cards to families or responsible parties after obtaining required signatures.
• Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, the space is clean, and music is appropriate.
• Perform computer data entry and other general administrative duties as assigned.
• Support recruitment-related activities for the Associate Director/HR designee.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and represent Phoenix Senior Living professionally.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in the senior living industry.
• Class E driver's license or ability to obtain one (employer will cover costs).
