Role

Serve as a link between the Director and internal teams.
Maintain and organize electronic records, both personal and official.
Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar – schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Act as the first point of contact: receive and relay messages via phone, email, and post.
Uphold strict confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports, conducting research, and compiling data as required.
Draft letters and handle official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
