The Senior Preconstruction Engineer supports preconstruction leaders by developing cost estimates and other preconstruction services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost‑effectiveness. Working under direct supervision, the role performs daily estimating and planning activities and disseminates relevant information. The engineer must meet critical deadlines, obtain precise quantities for building components, and collaborate effectively within a team.
