Ensure company contractual standards are being met prior to performing work.
Assist with recruiting and interviewing prospective employees and make recommendations.
Assist with training of new employees.
Track costs to complete and ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify trends within CTC that may lead to fade or gain.
Ensure that job processes are followed in accordance with company policies.
Enter budgets from OPS hard cost into accounting software. Make notes of fade/gain from estimated hard cost and report to the Project Managers.
Attend all high-risk turnover meetings and assist with managing and tracking high risk projects. Provide feedback to the Project Managers.
Receive and track weekly field reports. This is to include safety / toolbox reports, preconstruction, daily and weekly production report and any project specific reports.
Assist with building and tracking long term manpower projections.
Recognize and track the progress of employees, and properly nominate individuals for promotions and/or incentive bonuses.
Assist with building and providing hours reports for foremen.
Attend jobsite pre-con and coordination meetings with project managers.
