The Role

Overview

Manages and coordinates program delivery for real property and construction projects.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain effective relationships within DCC, and with industry, the Client-Partners and/or stakeholders -Some work may be located on construction sites; incumbent may occasionally be required to wear basic safety equipment -Analyze and manage detailed program information and data -Provide program life cycle management and ensure programs are aligned with Client-Partner strategy and stakeholder requirements -Support the development of new DCC approaches, policies and processes for consideration by DCC management -Develop new capabilities for DCC -Maintain and report on program metric and operating results -Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectations -Apply program and risk management techniques -Provide functional direction and advice to employees and Client-Partners -Use applicable computer software and operating systems -Support the development and management of new programs and existing programs in conjunction with Client-Partner -Support communications with Client-Partners, and DCC management and employees on program status and issues -Prepare monthly status reports

What You Bring

-Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with five years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent -previous employment -Risk management principles -Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
