The Leasing Associate position is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The role involves all leasing activities from prospect qualification to lease signing and move‑in, as well as ongoing resident satisfaction and lease renewal support.
This role is for a high‑rise lease‑up community of 295 units, working Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage. The associate will report to the property management team and must be flexible to take call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Incumbents must hold all state and local licenses or certifications required for the position and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently or 50 lb with assistance, as well as working in all weather conditions.
The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 to $21.00, with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, generous paid time off, 401(k) match, parental leave, fertility reimbursement, and on‑site housing discounts for eligible employees.
