Technical proficiency in reading drawings/specs.
Understanding of Make versus Buy.
Demonstrates tact and confidence in addressing sensitive issues across cross-functional and supplier teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
1–2 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, engineering, or related field.
Must be willing and able to travel (travel is estimated at 15% rising to 25% during periods of supplier assessment and selection).
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish fluency would be a plus.
Attention to detail, and ability to work in environments with evolving priorities and limited guidance.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in Redmond or Moses Lake, WA (can work hybrid schedule).
Experience with global supply base and direct materials sourcing.
