Liaise with Supervisors for technical clarifications when needed.
Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and internal safety protocols.
Contribute to achieving department KPIs in quality, safety, efficiency, and throughput.
Conduct improvement projects to enhance productivity, safety, or process efficiency within the workshop.
Perform mechanical repair, disassembly, reassembly, and overhaul of diesel engine components (e.g., cylinder heads, water pumps, turbochargers) in accordance with OEM standards.
Support engine/component troubleshooting and functional testing during bench-test activities.

Proficient in using common workshop tools (e.g., torque wrenches, powered hand tools).
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

2–3 years of hands-on experience in diesel engine component overhaul or mechanical maintenance.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently under pressure.
Diploma / NITEC / ITE in Marine Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
