- Monitor workforce performance and provide technical training and guidance;
- Collaborate with internal departments (NOC, Construction, Operations) to improve network reliability
- Lead and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing the network infrastructure;
- Ensure proper operation and inspection of HFC nodes, coax, copper, and fiber systems;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
- Review and approve splice work and technical field documentation;
- Coordinate emergency outage responses and assign field personnel as needed;

- Valid U.S. Driver's License;
- Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field teams effectively;
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure

- Previous experience in the telecom field maintenance preferred;
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided;
