Role
What you would be doing
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading tender documents and submissions.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases to support estimating activities.
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help gather and organise project information, drawings, and specifications for estimates.
- Work closely with colleagues to learn and develop within the pre-construction/estimating environment.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the estimating function by carrying out delegated tasks as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain quotations and information.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the estimating team throughout the tender and bidding process.
