The role focuses on leading in‑process, customer FAT, and outgoing quality activities for CT/CVT products, covering tasks such as taping/winding, assembly, drying, and oil‑filling inspections. It ensures that all quality checks are completed before testing and that final pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) are performed. The position is also accountable for meeting quality KPIs, managing non‑conformances, and driving root‑cause analysis.
Additional duties include conducting PFMEA, performing Level 1 and Level 2 audits, and recommending improvement actions while monitoring their implementation. The incumbent must resolve shop‑floor issues swiftly, manage customer FAT documentation, and verify product conformance through precise measurement and testing. Ongoing development of technical expertise is expected to support broader policy and strategy initiatives.
Candidates need at least five years of experience in manufacturing and production quality control, with education comparable to a bachelor’s degree or a high‑school diploma plus relevant experience. The role is open to locations outside the USA and offers relocation assistance.
Key personal attributes include strong oral and written communication, proven problem‑analysis and resolution capabilities, and solid project‑management skills.
