Preferred qualifications include intermediate knowledge of Siemens 840 D CNC controls, strong mathematical skills, ability to interpret Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, basic understanding of manufacturing processes and OSHA safety requirements, troubleshooting aptitude, and proficiency Economy in reading blueprints and schematics. Candidates should also possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and basic PC skills, and be willing to work any shift, overtime, and obtain necessary hoist or vehicle licenses.
The position is based in a durable‑goods manufacturing environment with physical demands such as frequent standing, walking, handling tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities, and Rolls‑Royce promotes an inclusive, equal‑opportunity workplace that values respect and innovation.
Compensation ranges from $29.69 to $44.54 hourly, complemented by a total rewards package that may include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a long‑term incentive plan.
