Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of product development processes including design, costing, manufacturing and sourcing.
7+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, sales, and engineering related fields.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment.
