Lead and implement a proactive HSEQ culture in Ramboll's UK & Ireland operations, ensuring compliance with national laws and ISO standards while fostering a strong focus on health, safety, and wellbeing.
Liaise with and report to Group on all HSEQ matters, collaborating as part of the global HSEQ community
Empower people to deliver excellence across the various UK & Ireland various line of businesses (Business Areas).

Promote and improve the HSEQ performance across the UK & Ireland, providing guidance and expertise to the business and project teams regarding HSEQ issues
Implementing the UK & Ireland integrated management system and its ISO certification, and contributing to crisis management planning
Coordinating onboarding, HSEQ training, internal audits, performance reporting, and inspections

Good written and verbal communication skills
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
