Identify issues, research and/or remedy as appropriate.
Assist with establishing new billing policies and procedures.
Maintain and update billing files in accordance with established guidelines.
Provide quality control for other team members.
Partner with Service Billing Supervisor to ensure hitting weekly goals.
Communicate with clients and management on any questions or concerns
Bill customers in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures bills are in compliance with appropriate contracts, guidelines and regulations.

Must possess an extremely strong work ethic.
Accurate and proficient typing and 10-key skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
HSA and FSA
Previous experience in a fast-paced billing environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Associate's degree in accounting or business is a plus.
