As an Electrical QA/QC Technician, you will ensure the highest quality and safety standards across all electrical projects. Your duties include conducting inspections, performing tests, and implementing quality control measures to protect Loenbro’s reputation for excellence.
- Develop and maintain a QA/QC program for electrical projects, reviewing plans and specifications.
- Conduct inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials to verify code compliance.
- Perform electrical testing, measurements, and functional checks to ensure system integrity.
- Document inspections, test results, and non‑conformance issues; prepare reports for managers and clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues promptly.
- Provide training and guidance on quality and safety standards to project personnel.
- Walk on uneven terrain (~2 miles per day) and stand, sit, stoop, crawl, kneel as needed.

The position may involve travel to multiple project sites and requires work in fast‑paced environments with occasional evenings or weekends. Workers are exposed to extreme temperatures, confined spaces, noise above 85 dB, and other hazards such as climbing ladders and handling equipment up to 50 lb. A valid driver’s license and background check are required for travel duties.
- 1‑3 years of QA/QC experience in the electrical industry.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, industry standards, and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency with testing equipment and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- OSHA 10 certification or higher (highly preferred).
- Lift equipment and materials ranging from 1 to 50 lb, about 50 % of the time.
- Use a respirator when required and drive with a valid license and proof of insurance.
