Build and scale the commercial HVAC construction division from the ground up
Launch the construction division and reach profitability
Establish estimating, project execution, job costing, and operational standards
Establish a complete operational team and execution rhythm
Build a consistent pipeline across commercial, institutional, and light industrial markets
Align construction and service offerings for long-term client value
Leverage existing GC and developer relationships to secure immediate work
Represent the company with GCs, developers, and industry partners
Oversee estimating, scheduling, procurement, and field execution
Ensure projects hit schedule, margin, quality, and safety targets
Deliver consistent job costing and financial visibility
Deliver projects within ±3% of estimated margin
Build roughly $8M in backlog through existing relationships
Hire, lead, and develop project managers, estimators, and field leadership
Drive high repeat business and client satisfaction
Lead preconstruction, proposals, negotiations, and project pursuit strategy

Proven GC-facing leadership with repeat business
Strong back-office, service infrastructure, and executive support already in place
5–7+ years in commercial HVAC construction
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale
Strong mechanical and construction knowledge
Comfortable owning outcomes, not just managing tasks
Experience delivering projects in the $300K to $2M+ range
Own division P&L, forecasting, backlog, and labor utilization
Own EOS execution for the division including Rocks, Scorecards, and L10s
EOS-run organization with clarity, accountability, and structure
Immediate ability to leverage existing GC relationships to drive revenue

Base salary $150K–$200K depending on experience
