The End‑User Services team, part of the Digital Technology department, is looking for a Site Support Specialist to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient IT support across its sites. The role involves managing technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting end‑users.
In this position you will troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime, provide technical assistance and training to users, and monitor systems to spot potential problems early. You will work with regional and global IT teams on local project implementations, ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards, document support requests and configurations, and stay current on emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and has experience in IT support or site operations. Required competencies include expert site‑level support, deep knowledge of ITIL processes, and extensive expertise in managing servers, devices, and network equipment while collaborating with global IT teams. Desired behaviors are proactive issue resolution, adaptability, teamwork, and practical problem‑solving.
The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid working model, a base salary ranging from $78,800 to $98,500 per year, and eligibility for bonuses and other incentives.
