• Align with Marketing on lead generation, campaign performance, and funnel metrics
• Support new hire onboarding, training, and sales enablement resources
• Support territory planning, quota modeling, and forecasting
• Partner with Finance on sales forecasting and compensation planning
• Analyze sales trends and provide insights to guide decision making
• Partner with Sales Leadership to develop annual sales strategies, goals, and plans
• Train sales teams on CRM usage, reporting, and best practices
• Build and refine scalable sales processes and workflows
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Create dashboards and recurring reports on revenue, pipeline, and KPIs
• Maintain CRM standards, configuration, and data integrity

Requirements

• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with high accountability
• Experience with sales compensation modeling or forecasting
• Ability to work independently and solve operational problems quickly
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Background implementing CRM improvements or sales tools
• Experience supporting leadership with data driven insights
• Experience in industrial services, power generation, marine, or similar industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Management roles
