Tasks

-Track content analytics, generating reports with strategic recommendations. -Research topics and liaise with subject matter experts to create relevant, engaging content. -Coordinate with different teams for timely delivery of content. -Implement SEO and SMO strategies in content. -Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams to define content goals and strategies. -Contribute to and collaborate in the creation of content strategies for various platforms, including customer stories, brochures, blogs, white papers, web content and campaigns, in partnership with the marketing team and leadership. -Manage content creation, proofreading, and editing. -Collaborate in creating and managing a content calendar, contributing to the consistency and coordination of content across various platforms.

What You Bring

-Location: This role can be based anywhere in Canada (excluding Quebec) as a fully remote position. For candidates located in the Vancouver, BC Lower Mainland, there is flexibility to work remote, hybrid, or onsite at our Surrey headquarters. -Experience with CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla). -Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and PPC. -3+ years experience in content writing, preferably in the technology sector. -Excellent collaboration and organizational skills. -Please note that employment is contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks and background checks. -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field. -Ability to stay updated with content and industry trends. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to write for varied audiences.
