In this position you will manage all structural site activities, aligning contractors and stakeholders with project schedules, safety standards and design requirements. You will guide on‑site teams, conduct regular progress reviews, and address technical challenges that arise during construction.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Site Operations) with extensive experience in high‑rise tower projects in the UAE. The role blends deep structural engineering knowledge with hands‑on site supervision and design coordination, providing a leadership opportunity to ensure the integrity of iconic developments.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, 13‑15 years of relevant experience, a proven track record of site supervision in the UAE, strong proficiency with structural analysis tools and design codes, and excellent communication and leadership abilities; PMP certification is a plus.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Possess 13‑15 years of structural engineering experience, focusing on site operations and high‑rise tower projects.
- Demonstrate a successful record of site supervision and project management within the UAE market.
- Show strong proficiency with structural analysis software and high‑rise design codes.
- Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
