You will contribute to the evolution of talent acquisition and people services processes, templates, and tools, helping to shape more synchronized ways of working across the enterprise. Your focus on orchestration, problem‑solving, and detail will have a direct impact on the organization’s hiring efficiency and HR service delivery.
Key responsibilities include coordinating enterprise‑wide interview scheduling across functions and time zones, initiating and tracking background checks, and managing workflows from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness. You will maintain and enhance templates and documentation, act as the primary point of contact for candidates, and partner with Talent Acquisition to resolve issues promptly.
The role also requires validating offer details, reconciling Workday data for audit and compliance, reviewing system‑generated reports to correct data inconsistencies, and supporting recurring HR programs and cross‑functional administrative needs.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a similar coordination role, with strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑stakeholder communication skills. Experience with enterprise HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are essential, as are excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a high attention to detail.
