Description

As a senior member of this newly formed division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced technology projects, driving excellence in delivery, and building strong client relationships in one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.

• Provide executive oversight across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Team Development:Mentor and develop project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.Support recruitment and growth of talent within the Advanced Technology unit.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Client Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for hyperscale clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.Represent the Advanced Technology unit in high-level client meetings and industry forums.

Requirements

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Open to traveling candidates)

• Ability to travel as required for project oversight and client engagement.
• Excellent commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
