- Maintain vehicle logs and document mileage, fuel, and condition during transfers.
- Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and company vehicle procedures.
- Safely drive, pick up, and deliver vehicles to and from service, client locations, or storage facilities.
- Maintain detailing supplies, inventory, and cleanliness of work areas.
- Apply protective treatments, vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, polish chrome, and ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Support the team with vehicle organization, lot management, and preparation for client delivery or events.
- Move vehicles between departments, parking areas, and designated sites as directed.
- Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and interior detailing of vehicles to meet high presentation standards.
- Assist in fueling, checking fluid levels, and reporting any maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance needs before and after each trip.
