Tasks

-Establish and monitor the budget, manage the project team, and prepare schedules to ensure efficient use of resources -Maintain an overview of the project team’s workload and commitments to successfully meet deadlines and balance resource utilization -Be responsible for all facets of product delivery to clients and accountable for client satisfaction -Lead the planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing projects through all phases of development -Oversee design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration on projects -Act as Senior Designer on projects when necessary -Lead and manage 1-2 direct reports -Focus on client interactions and meeting the client’s expectations for electrical projects

What You Bring

-Experience independently leading projects; Strong understanding of project budgeting and preparation of proposals -Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings -Bachelor’s in Engineering required, PE highly preferred -AutoCAD and REVIT proficiency -10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in MEP with 7+ years of electrical design experience -6+ years of Project Management experience -Excellent client-facing and communication skills with experience presenting to high-level (C-Suite) stakeholders
