Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and scope reviews
Ensure timely billing, pay applications, and financial accuracy
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation flow
Facilitate punch-list completion, final inspections, and handover documentation
Ensure all work meets project specifications, building codes, and quality expectations
Review plans, specifications, and ensure full alignment with project scope
Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Coordinate closely with the Superintendent to maintain project pace and quality
Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking
Manage project budgets, cost reports, and forecasting
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Conduct regular project meetings and deliver updates on schedule, cost, and progress

Skilled communicator with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
