Analyze and evaluate schedule management involving the critical path method of scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management, forecasting and document control.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Identify and oversee the Risk Management process.
Interface with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department to review project costs and contingency costs and support external audits.
Perform Project Forensic Analysis.
Validate proper set-up and management of the Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from the project team.
Provide leadership and training to team members ensuring the resolution of difficult project control issues.
Validate the accuracy of cost management and forecast reporting.
Perform and review material takeoffs.
Present schedule and budget status reports to project management team and client.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, and contractors.
Validate the accuracy of earned value management system reporting.
Validate schedule progress.
Analyze cash flow reports.
Analyze data, logs, and reports in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools.
