Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR screening.
Bachelor’s degree in political science, Economics, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field, with coursework in statistics or data science
Demonstrated research experience involving quantitative analysis and statistics, such as an honor’s thesis
Experience with spatial data or GIS.
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Urban Planning).
Experience preparing deliverables for government or nonprofit clients.
Experience with economic impact analysis using IMPLAN or REMI.
Proficiency with the R programming language and environment (tidyverse, ggplot2, etc.).
Strong writing and data storytelling skills; ability to distill technical findings into accessible prose.
