The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the efforts of team members, partners, third-party contractors and consultants in order to deliver projects in line with agreed upon performance indicators.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, planning, execution, control and completion of projects in accordance with contractual commitments and in compliance with the company’s policies, processes and procedures for the execution of projects.

  • Define project scope, goals, methodology and deliverables.
  • Planning, organizing and decision making.
  • Use the required processes and procedures to execute work.
  • Actively participate in QMS and HSE programs.
  • Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Suggest areas for improvement with internal processes, with possible solutions.
  • Diligently manage the change order process.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and contract requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation and day-to-day operational aspects.
  • Develop and implement recovery/mitigation plans for unanticipated events/risks.
  • Develop relationships with client/consultant personnel that foster long-term business ties.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
  • Assist in evaluating and assessing project KPIs.
  • Report any existing or potential safety and QMS nonconformities to a supervisor, Quality Manager or HSE Coordinator.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress to concerned stakeholders.
