Tasks
-Collaborate with project teams and maintain communication with internal stakeholders. -Perform engineering calculations, data analysis, and technical documentation to support project delivery. -Assist in the planning, design, and construction phases of engineering projects. -Utilize digital tools such as Microsoft Office, BIM, and modeling/analysis software. -Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and feasibility studies. -Conduct field investigations, inspections, and construction observations under supervision. -Participate in client meetings and site visits as part of professional development.

What You Bring
-Internship or co-op in a consulting engineering firm preferred but not required. -The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role. -Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. -Desire to pursue Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and eventual Professional Engineer (PE) licensure. -Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical Engineering or related field. -Foundational understanding of engineering principles and design practices. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD, BIM, and modeling software.
