The senior owner‑side BIM/VDC Manager role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, creative, and construction teams, defining and governing digital models to drive decisions from early coordination through construction. This position emphasizes clarity, prevents downstream issues, and elevates BIM/VDC from a back‑office function to a strategic advantage.
This hybrid role is based in Glendale, CA and requires four days per week onsite. US work authorization is mandatory, and the position is full‑time with benefits. The initial assignment is tied to a client project expected to last about one year, with potential extensions based on business needs, performance, and project demand.
Ideal candidates have at least six years of experience leading BIM/VDC on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and have successfully implemented BIM strategies across design, coordination, construction, and turnover phases. They are comfortable leading conversations, challenging assumptions, and balancing technical depth with stakeholder influence, with expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC, plus optional tools such as Rhino or Dynamo.
Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 with bonus eligibility.
