Helping to attract and support First Nations talent across a range of roles — from early careers through to senior positions.
Providing hands-on support to First Nations candidates throughout their recruitment journey, including sourcing, engagement, interviewing and onboarding.
Partnering across People & Culture to understand workforce needs and find opportunities to improve the experience for candidates and leaders
Lead enterprise-wide First Nations talent attraction and advisory
Play a key role in progressing Origin's First Nations employment commitments
Working with leaders to build their confidence and capability in making culturally informed hiring decisions.
