Utilize Concentric’s sales processes & capabilities (including outbound calling, emailing, webinars, inbound lead follow up, and overall lead management) to initiate meaningful conversations, connect with targeted role players and generate sales opportunities for our advanced solutions team.
Prepare sales executives with lead information, as needed.
Follow-through on new leads created by our existing marketing efforts.

Experience working in a customer-focused environment. Experience serving clients through telephone interaction is a plus.
Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused while handling multiple accounts.
Communicator. You possess exceptional written and oral communication skills and communicate effectively with any audience.
Experience setting, committing, and following through to ensure completion of a goal.
Comfortable with technology. Knowledge of Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus.
Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university or very strong equivalent experience.
Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and have great phone presence/approach.
