- Develop business cases and roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.

- Provide guidance on technology selection, implementation, and adoption.
- Develop solutions that meet the needs of clients and optimize energy consumption, comfort, and productivity.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with Digital Twin platforms and Smart Airport technologies such as PIDS, FIDS, AODB, and integrated BMS systems.
- Working knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and EASA regulations and how they impact airport technology deployments.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management, especially in complex aviation environments.
- Ability to mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IoT.
- Strong understanding of the Aviation design and construction process.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to travel to client sites about 20-30%
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
- At least 7 years of experience in Aviation industry/technology as an employee or consultant on the provider side.
- Familiarity with passenger flow analytics, robotics, and inter-systems integration for airport operations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Experience with LEED certification and other sustainability frameworks is a plus.
- Participation in industry associations (e.g., AAAE, ACC, ACI) and contribution to thought leadership initiatives such as the Digital Twin Roadmap.
