- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums and power washers.
- Conduct routine 5S audits and assist teams in correcting non-compliance areas.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for better organization or cleanliness.
- Work independently or with team members to always ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash from shop floors, break rooms, restrooms and offices as needed.
- Restock cleaning and janitorial supplies as needed.
- Report on maintenance needs or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with 5S standards.
