- Lead design sessions, demos, and workshops to explain Salesforce capabilities and solution decisions.
- Design and develop advanced Salesforce components: Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Validation Rules, Layouts
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide architecture and implementation options.
- Collaborate with other architects to analyze and design multi-system integration solutions.
- Lead technical delivery of IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide Level 3 production support, investigate issues, and implement fixes or enhancements.
- Identify patterns in issues and propose sustainable fixes (root cause resolution).
- Contribute to enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
- Maintain strong working relationships across IT and business teams to ensure delivery alignment.
- Author and review technical documentation, including specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define and validate test scenarios.
- Manage technical escalations and guide business decisions from an architectural perspective.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with CSA Group’s development and security standards.
- Configure, maintain, and support the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Proficient in:

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy compliance.
- Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, and integration design
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect (Preferred)
- Experience in hands-on coding, solution design, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience in CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Jenkins).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce CPQ or Experience Cloud certifications are a plus
- Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft is a plus).
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
