Act as a liaison between in-house attorneys and internal clients.
Document review.
Provide Notary Public service as needed to attorneys and in-house clients.
Provide legal and corporate related information to internal clients for use in responses to RFPs, RFQs and contracts.
Assist with use and application of eDiscovery software, as well as other tools and applications to facilitate effective execution of tasks and workflows.
Assist with compliance with third party subpoenas.
Assist with the preservation of documents; litigation holds and discovery requests.
Assist with corporate compliance, corporate legal matters, and licensing efforts, as needed.
Must be responsible in dealing with sensitive information, always keeping confidential and proprietary information safe and secure while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.

Requires previous experience working on litigation and legal claims matters.
Must be a Notary Public.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, clients, in-house attorneys, outside counsel, government staff and others outside of the organization, and the ability to maintain a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude.
Prior experience working on third party subpoenas preferred.
Advanced technical skills relative to navigation of IT systems and eDiscovery support software preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies preferred. Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
Must have advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
Requires superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading skills.
Must have strong knowledge of commonly used legal processes, practices and procedures.
Requires strong analytical ability, critical thinking, problem solving and research skills.
Must be able to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, meeting applicable deadlines.
Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting senior level attorneys or executives, preferably in the architecture/engineering consulting or construction industries, or the legal field.
