Drafting leases, purchase contracts, easements, deeds, and other real property related documents.
Perform and coordinate due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and underlying documents.
Draft and file UCC financing statements.
Coordinate closing of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings, debt and equity transactions including signature page packages, document delivery, monitor closing checklists, handle recording requirements at closing.
Preparing and filing formation documents
Assist in preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents.
Interface with firm clients and other outside entities regarding assigned matters.
Work on special assignments that may require conducting routine factual research, preparing reports and handling associated filings.
Acquire, organize, review, analyze, and summarize documents.
Effectively set priorities, provide timely updates, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Execute on the minute details of a project or task, in addition to providing alternative options/solutions to best serve internal and external clients.
Research and execute on necessary procedures to meet client requests.
Order and evaluate UCC, lien, litigation, and similar searches.
Prepare closing books.

Remain proficient in Microsoft Suite/Outlook, InTapp, iManage, and other programs used in practice area.

Billable requirement: 1600 hours per year
Dallas 3 days in/2 days remote potential after 3 months in office onboarding
