We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end customer and supplier transactions. The role involves master data setup, transaction processing, portal submissions, and delivery follow‑ups, with a preference for experience in ERP systems such as Odoo and familiar customer portals like SABIC, Ma’aden, and Ariba.
Key duties span the entire sales and procurement cycles: maintaining ERP master data, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, generating invoices, issuing RFQs to suppliers, managing delivery logistics, and performing three‑way matching of supplier invoices. In addition, the coordinator must submit documents through customer portals, ensure compliance, generate operational reports, and collaborate across sales, procurement, finance, logistics, and quality teams while escalating and resolving issues.
The position requires Saudi citizenship, professional English proficiency, and hands‑on ERP experience, with Odoo knowledge considered a strong advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, along with core skills in data integrity, sales and procurement processes, portal navigation, and basic Excel reporting.
Preferred candidates have experience in industrial supply, manufacturing, or trading, understand incoterms and GRN procedures, and are familiar with 3‑way matching and AP/AR processes. Performance will be measured by KPIs such as quote turnaround time, PO processing accuracy, on‑time delivery rate, invoice acceptance rate, data quality, and overall cycle times.
