The Scheme Manager will be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day‑to‑day operations and ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently. Responsibilities include ownership of essential safety checks—health & safety, fire safety, and the warden call system—to meet compliance standards and maintain high service levels. The role also requires identifying and managing risks such as safeguarding concerns and taking appropriate action to prioritise resident wellbeing.
