Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT)
Handle new joiner’s queries both over the phone and through email.
Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Play key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core.
Independently managing end to end offer letter management.
Coordinate several areas of Payroll processing, BGV process, Onboarding, Relocation, Visa and interacting with vendors and the business.
Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
Process ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination
Candidate Experience Management: Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints.
Execute the HR CORE processes through Workday ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processes
