Drives continuous improvement of the sales process to increase market penetration.

Collaborates with channel management and sales leadership on territory plans.
Leads tenders and sales targets.
Oversees daily performance of Representatives using Salesforce.

Owns forecasting and achievement of quarterly, annual, and long-term targets.
Ensures sales targets are met and conducts quarterly business reviews.
Provides coaching and performance management where needed.
Responsible for system sizing, pricing, commissions, and Purchase Orders.

Post-Secondary education plus sales management experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans. Preference for a strong Engineering Background. Experience with UV or disinfection technology preferred.
Demonstrated skill and experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
Capability to travel within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be in excess of 60% of the time).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant Technical and/or Commercial experience
