  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and manage all aspects of health & safety across the manufacturing site
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and drive implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to support operational teams
  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver training and awareness programs to staff at all levels
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and incident investigations
