- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and manage all aspects of health & safety across the manufacturing site
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and drive implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to support operational teams
- Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver training and awareness programs to staff at all levels
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and incident investigations
