We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Management Engineer to join our Technical Advisory team in the UK. Reporting directly to a Principal Consultant within Resilience, which spans Water & Energy and has ambitions across Environment, you will lead projects and mentor junior staff while providing technical leadership.

Engineering/Technical degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, mathematics or a science‑based discipline.
Proven industry or consultancy experience at an engineering level.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, with high quality standards.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities at all levels.
Willingness to travel and work in client offices as needed.
Asset Management Certification (IAM certificate preferred).
Knowledge of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), ISO 55001 or similar frameworks.
Experience with FMECA, Lean principles, or risk assessment tools.
Digital and analytics experience.
Experience in change programmes or business transformation.
Project management innovation experience.
Progress toward professional accreditation or chartered status.
