Tasks

-Calling Queues, Trouble Queues, Open Order Queues, and work with appropriate sales associate to communicate with customer about status of that Queue -Maintain organized process to ensure the workflow balance of customer needs and delivery logistics -Document creation and management including professional RFI and other communications to clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, suppliers -Complete take-offs from mechanical blueprints -Prepares and assists in pricing and bidding of construction projects in categories HVAC products

What You Bring

-Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency -Willingness to learn and grow in the industry -Previous experience using Solar Eclipse -Have basic knowledge of HVAC, ventilation and makeup air design -1 to 3 years of prior blueprint experience
