🧮 Ensuring that estimates satisfy the scope of work stated within the Task Order Request, Employee Instruction, PICD or Change Event.📁 NEC3 Contract Management using CEMAR.⏱️ Ensuring that all communications are dealt with on time.📈 Monitoring and reporting performance of the TCIF Contracts.✉️ Drafting and responding to Early Warning Notices.🤲 Proactively manage Sub-Contracts, from RFQ, through monitoring and managing progress attendance at meetings, to final account.
📄 Production of contractual responses including supporting documents; Estimates, Organisation Charts and Risk Registers, including management and closure of JGAR actions.📊 Presentation of the Response at the JGAR (Joint Governance and Assistance Review).
🤝 Maintain good collaborative working relationship with client.📡 Proactively interfacing.
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Familiarity with NEC Contracts and CEMAR software is advantageous but not essential.
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
Can demonstrate sound organisational and communication skills.
