The Housekeeping Dispatcher/Administrative Manager schedules Guest Room Attendants, Housemen, and other support staff to keep staffing levels consistent. They communicate via radio to handle special service requests, emergencies, and quality inspections, and they dispatch work orders to maintenance or specialty cleaning teams, closing each order after verification.
Key duties include responding promptly to guest requests, treating all people with respect, and upholding organizational values. Employees must also report lost and found items, maintenance issues, and any “Do Not Disturb” or service refusals to supervisors.
