Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, comfortable guiding product and front-end teams and working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
3+ years of design experience, including 1+ years in product design.
Comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
Experienced creating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and other product deliverables.
Strong UX/UI skills, with expertise in visual design, layout, typography, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to balance user needs with business goals to deliver practical, effective solutions.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability best practices, and the full design lifecycle.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly explain design decisions.
Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, or co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
Experience conducting advanced user research, ethnographic studies, or A/B testing.
Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.
Proficient in Figma, with experience designing, prototyping, and working with or building design systems.
