- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external teams.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 0–3 years of civil engineering experience (entry level to 3 years).
- Engineer In Training (EIT) certification preferred or intent to obtain.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or site inspection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform project tasks independently with technical competence.
- Willingness to learn client and internal software required for projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States and occasional out‑of‑town travel.
