  • Conduct market and industry research to provide insights for financial planning and business case development.
  • Contribute to special projects and adhoc analysis, gaining broad exposure to FP&A activities.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports across regions, business units, markets, ventures etc.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting, data processes, and analysis.
  • Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting, including data gathering, maintaining financial models, performing variance analysis, and consolidating results.

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Intern / Co-op to join our Group Financial Planning & Analysis team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and business planning. As part of the team, you will contribute to meaningful financial projects, develop analytical skills, and gain exposure to how financial insights support strategic decision-making across a global organization.

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without employersponsored work authorization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis used by senior management.
  • Development of financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong Excel skills; experience in Power BI is an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Handson experience in financial planning and analysis in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Benefits

Toronto Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $21 to $38 per hour. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
